Boresha Coffee markets an arabica coffee which they claim to be dramatically superior in quality to the other principal commercial coffee species. While all signs point to Boresha Coffee products being great products, the statement that their coffee is superior in quality to the other principal commercial coffee species is a very bold statement; a statement which is hard to believe to be 100% accurate considering that there are tons of other coffee products on the market. Also Boresha Coffee prices are fairly high when compared to other coffee products on the market. One would find it hard to believe that people will continue to pay such a high price for coffee when they can go right down to their local neighborhood Starbucks and have a cup of joe just as good for a cheaper price.
Then there is the claim that with there introduction of “Skinny Science” their coffee is the first low Glycemic coffee that controls hunger, balances energy, burns fat, and combats stress-related eating. This is also a hard to believe statement. With all of the weight loss products on the market it’s hard to believe that Boresha Coffee will make you lose weight. Honestly the secret to losing weight always has been and always will be to eat less calories than you burn in a day. Combined with a proper diet and a consistent work out routine, eating less calories than you burn in a day is how you lose weight. One should not be fooled into thinking that by drinking a cup of coffee, eating what ever you want, and not working out that you will lose weight.
Boresha Coffee Business Training
If you go to Boresha Coffee’s website and take a look at what kind of training program they offer their distributors you will find the same out of date and non-effective type of training recommendations that majority of multi-level marketing company’s offer their distributors.
When you look at Boresha Coffee’s training pages you will find statements such as:
“You can build a successful business by simply making a referral for those people you know, or even those you don’t know, to try this amazing single-source coffee.”
“So by simply doing what you do anyway, making a referral and letting people try this amazing coffee, you will be building a successful Boresha business”
“The Boresha business model offers individuals the opportunity to build a successful business of their own by simply making a referral to people, much like is done everyday.”
And the statements go on and on. Fact is 9 out of 10 people who join any network marketing company will fail due to lack of training provided by their up-lines and network marketing company’s. Training recommendations such as make referrals to any and everyone who will listen to what you have to say about your company’s products. This type of advice only helps spread the word about the network marketing company’s products, which helps the network marketing company out, not you.
The truth is that unless you are a person who has an influence on tons of people already it is next to impossible to build a successful business just by referring people to use your company’s products. Furthermore, even if you do have an influence on a lot of people and you can get a lot of people to join you in business 9 times out of 10 the people you get to join you in business will not have an influence on anybody at all which will cause them to be unsuccessful in the network marketing company ultimately leading to them quitting the company altogether and dropping out of your downline.
So what is the answer to all of this?
Systems, duplication, and attraction marketing. In order for you to build large network marketing organizations you have to leverage yourself and use systems that allow you to plug people into the same system you’re using. Then you let the system do all the training for you. This will allow the people you sign up to duplicate your success and stay an active member in the network marketing company and your downline.
Also as network marketing professionals we are in the business of attraction marketing. This is where you learn to attract customers to you instead of you chasing down any and everybody who will listen to your business opportunity, which usually doesn’t work. Learn to brand yourself as a leader, build value to offer other people, learn how to introduce your business opportunity to a specific target market and I promise you will have people hunting you down to join you in business and you’ll never have to “pitch” your business opportunity again.

A Review of AlivaMax Worldwide Leadership:
An important determining factor when joining any network marketing company are the leaders of the company. What is their background? Do they have a proven successful track record in network marketing? Etc.
Success or failure, the destiny of AlivaMax is under the leadership of Co-Founders Jerry Ricks and Mark J. Sain.
Jerry Ricks
In 1989 Jerry Ricks entered the telecom industry and in 11 years time, he built a prepaid telecom company that was grossing $1 million a day. In 2000 Jerry retired from the telecom industry, and in 2008 he teamed up with Mark J. Sain to launch AlivaMax Worldwide.
Mark J. Sain
At 15 Mark J. Sain started a moving & hauling company called “Students Will Move You.” In 1986 Mark started a company called US Payphone, Inc. that quickly became one of the largest independent payphone companies in America. In 1993 Mark sold the payphone company to a public company to focus on business domestic and international operator-assisted calls. Over the next 15 years under the name of USP Communications the company was doing business in several countries. And after 23 years of successful business domestically and internationally, Mark teamed up with Jerry to form AlivaMax Worldwide.
While Mark and Jerry do have a strong and successful business background I can’t say for sure or not if they have what it takes to make this company a success. From doing my research I’ve found a lot of unprofessional things going on within the company, from the changing of size and prices of their products, to the restructuring of their compensation plans, to the unprofessional conference calls, to the unwillingness to listen to their distributors suggestions, and the lack of training for their distributors. Due to all these factors it is hard to say if the company will be able to keep enough momentum to become a long term company. Only time will tell.
A Review of AlivaMax Worldwide Compensation Plan:
As an Alivamax distributor there are actually five different ways you can get paid. The first way of getting paid is from Retail Sells and the second way is in Fast Start Bonuses. The third and fourth ways of geting paid as an Alivamax distributor is from a Forced Matrix and a 100% Matching Bonus pay plan. These two pay plans are the main two ways of getting paid in Alivamax. Finally the last way of getting paid is from a Global Bonus Pool.
Lets take a closer look at each way you can get paid as an AlivaMax distributor by breaking down and analyzing each of these pay plans.
1. Retail Sells: Retailing is pretty much self explanatory; you get paid the difference from retail and wholesale prices from the products you retail.
2. Fast Start Bonuses: Fast Start Bonuses are usually lump sum payments of up to 100% of the first month’s membership of anyone you sponsor. In AlivaMax’s case it’s up to 50%. These types of bonuses are typically used as an incentive to sponsor more people. Fast start bonuses are usually seldom since 9 out of 10 people who join network marketing companies will never be able to sponsor enough people to make more money then they are spending. This means 9 out of 10 people have no idea how to market their products and company to ever see multiple fast start bonuses.
3. 3×10 Forced Matrix:
A forced matrix is similar to a uni-level matrix but it limits the amount of people each person can have on their first level. In AlivaMax’s case they use a 3×10 forced matrix as shown above.
With a 3×10 forced matrix the most people you can have on your first level is limited to 3 people. The most people each of those 3 people can have on their first level is also limited to 3 people which will give you a total of 9 people on your second level. This pattern keeps going on and on all the way down to level 10 as shown below. When you total all 10 levels up you get a grand total of 88,572 people.
Level 1: 3
Level 2: 9
Level 3: 27
Level 4: 81
Level 5: 243
Level 6: 729
Level 7: 2,187
Level 8: 6,561
Level 9: 19,683
Level 10: 59,049
Total – 88,572
Receiving a $1 for each person, theoretically you would make $88,572 every month from this matrix. However, in reality this will never happen because everyone in your downline will not get 3 people.
One advantage of a forced matrix pay plan is Spillover. Spillover is when anyone sponsor’s more people then can fit on their first level. Those extra people would then be forced under someone else in the person’s downline who sponsored more than 3 people on their first level. This can be a good and bad thing. It can potentially be a good thing because essentially the person who is working hard to sponsor tons of people is also helping out everyone in his downline by giving them spillover. Spillover may motivate some people to go out in the field and work harder, however, this can also be a bad thing because it can also make some people lazy giving them the impression they can just sit around and do nothing while the capitalize on all the spillover they accrue. This is dangerous because anyone that is educated in the field of network marketing knows that you will NEVER build massive organization, large downlines, and substantial incomes counting on spillover.
4. Matching Bonus:
Matching Bonuses, sometimes called Sponsor Bonuses, are often used with forced matrix pay plans. This is usually a monthly recurring bonus you earn via the people you personally sponsor. Alivamax rewards their distributors with an opportunity to earn a 100% matching bonus on the people you personally sponsor in the business. Meaning you will make a 100% matching bonus of whatever the people you personally sponsor make in their 3×10 forced matrix commissions. This type of pay plan encourages sponsors to make sure the people they personally sponsor are successful in the company. However, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. Meaning, a sponsor can show you how to be successful, but no one can force anyone to do the work it takes to be successful in this industry. The choice to be successful in this industry is ultimately up to each individual who gets involved in network marketing.
5. Global Bonus Pool: Each month the company puts 20% of the profits from all re-orders into what’s called a global bonus pool and shares it with the qualified distributors of the company. This is a huge incentive to be one of the top distributors in the company.
A Review of AlivaMax Worldwide Business Training:
A good training program will consist of two things. A marketing S.Y.S.T.E.M and duplication.
The acronym S.Y.S.T.E.M stands for saving yourself time, energy, & money. If you are in network marketing and you are not using a marketing system, unless you are a person who has an influence on tons of people, you are highly unlikely to succeed.
Using specific marketing strategies, marketing systems teach you exactly how to sponsor an endless supply of people into your network marketing company. They also teach you marketing strategies on how to drive tons of traffic to your websites allowing you to sponsor even more people. And finally marketing systems allow you to leverage yourself when it comes to training anyone you sponsor into your company. It is impossible to train a downline that has reached into the thousands. So therefore, in order to grow massive organizations and huge downlines you have to leverage yourself when it comes to training the people in your downline. Marketing systems makes this easy by allowing you to simply plug in anyone you sponsor into the exact same system you’re using and let the system teach them for you, saving yourself time, energy, & money.
Good training systems will also allow for duplication. If you sponsor someone and they can’t duplicate your success chances are they will quit on you. Marketing systems provide specialized training and marketing strategies to everyone you sponsor. The trainings and strategies will provide the necessary knowledge and know how to everyone you sponsor allowing them to explode their business and “your downline.” They in turn can then repeat this process, duplicating your success.
When I look at the training provided by AlivaMax I found that the training currently being offered is the same out of date training most network marketing companies offer their distributors. 90% of people in network marketing are spending more money than they are making and this is due to inadequate and out of date training by sponsors and their network marketing company’s. If you take a look at the statistics you will find that 200,000+ people join the network marketing industry a week and a 180,000 of those people will do nothing but lose money from spending money on monthly auto-ship dues to their company, and other non-effective marketing materials.
Looking at AlivaMax’s training section you will find out of date marketing strategies and techniques such as handing out business cards, post cards, and sizzle cards. Would you join a network marketing company just because someone left a post card on your windshield? You will also find strategies and techniques teaching you to put up road signs, newspaper ads, craigslist ads and invite people to conference calls. Lets be real, who wants to walk along the side of streets and freeways putting up road signs? All of these strategies being taught by AlivaMax are out of date which explains why 9 out of 10 distributors will only lose money. None of the top producers in the network marketing industry use these marketing methods. Bottom line is that network marketing has always been and always will be a business of building relationship, and the mentioned items above just don’t do that. People buy into people, not business opportunities. You have to establish a relationship and gain trust from people before anyone will join you in business. No trust, no sale!
What AlivaMax dosen’t want you to know is that they’re more concerned with product sales than they are with your success. They’re more interested in gaining loyal consumers of their products every month which will ensure residual income for them. This is why they have excellent salesmen in place to handle the company sells. Distributors that jump in and out of the business, due to inadequate training on their part, aren’t very high on their priority list.
So What’s My Personal Opinion on AlivaMax?
Over the last few years of my life I’ve been fortunate enough to have enjoyed tons of success in the network marketing industry. I’ve come to realize that it’s not hardly about ANY product or company you choose to join or market, AlivaMax included, but it’s about your ABILITY to market in the first place.
Marketing and advertising is the life line of your business. If you stop marketing and advertising you stop getting paid!
Many new comers to network marketing, direct selling, and the home-based business industry join a business first, then they figure out they need to market. This is completely backwards! If you want to create the most success possible, learn how to MARKET FIRST, and then pick your business. Once you know the science of marketing you can be successful in any endeavor.
Any business, again including AlivaMax, is literally USELESS to the starting out marketer… unless you know how to market, how to generate leads, and the principles behind succeeding in this industry first.
I have watched plenty of people fall on their faces, regardless of their products or companies, because they simply do not know how to market, or build their businesses FIRST. Your job as an entrepreneur is to EDUCATE yourself first and foremost, to develop yourself, and to ALWAYS be learning and growing.
This is the true formula for success. If you follow that formula, and really seek knowledge to market your business like a professional… then you will have major advantages over most AlivaMax distributors.
Let me give you some advice. When it comes to advertising and marketing your business, leading with your business opportunity is about the worst thing you can do to grow your business. As direct selling, network marketing, and home-based business professionals we are in the business of “Attraction Marketing” not “pitch my business opportunity to any and everyone who will listen.”
The #1 rule of marketing is selecting a target market. When you identify a target market, then identify your target market’s problem, and finally, provide a solution to your target market, you will have people hunting you down trying to buy whatever it is your selling. Pitching your business opportunity to any and everyone who may or may not be interested is pointless. Learn to target the right people to introduce your business to, learn to build value, and learn to brand yourself as a leader and I PROMISE you will never have to “PITCH” your business opportunity again.
