The Universal Law of Precession:

One of the great thinkers of our time, Buckminster Fuller, came up with the Law of Precession. Also called the Law of Side Effects. This law states that when a body is in motion towards another body (because of gravity or because it’s simply attracted to it), always at a 90o right angle to that line of attraction there is an equal if not greater result that’s being generated.

In simple terms:

If an object is attracted to a second object and is moving towards it, another result will occur at a right angle. That result will be equal to or greater than the original attraction.

So what does the law of precession have to do with making money?

Great question!

Ask yourself this: What are most people attracted to?

On the road to success you WILL undoubtedly encounter times of let downs, bad luck, exhaustion, set backs, and failure. At times you WILL grow tired, become overwhelmed, and feel like giving up. All of these things are part of the journey to success.

In these times of weakness and uncertainty you must remember that the ONLY way to fail in our industry is to quit. Keep in mind that slow and steady wins the race. Consistently accomplishing a little everyday is the key to success. When you get a little done everyday before you know it you will have scaled the highest of the highest mountain tops experiencing success like never before while living out your dreams and goals beyond your wildest imagination. This is ambition at it’s finest.  Remember, success is not a race, but a marathon.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
When you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow–
You may succeed with another blow. Read the rest of this entry

As most of you know, time flies whether you are having fun or not! It’s hard to believe that we are already putting action plans in place for 2010, which is certain to be one of the best, if not they best year in history for active home-based business entrepreneurs. It seems like yesterday, it was just January 2009!

It’s as if every time I blink another week has passed, and now an entire year has passed.

As you prepare for the New Year, in the midst of a tough economy, I hope you are able to focus on positive things rather than the negative things, and on what you have rather than what you do not have.

Keeping a positive mental attitude is essential to your success whether you are measuring success by your health and happiness or in dollars and cents.

The negative attitude will destroy your motivation, which will hurt your confidence, which then will cause you to lose focus and direction. You can have your hands on a great opportunity and have a well thought out plan, but if you lose focus and motivation, you will likely also lose the opportunity. Read the rest of this entry

If you look up the word rich in the dictionary you will find that the definition of the word rich means having wealth or great possessions; abundantly supplied with resources, means, or funds; wealthy. If you look up the word wealth in the dictionary you will find that the word wealth means a great quantity or store of money, valuable possessions, property, or other riches.

So is it better to be rich or wealthy? Using the dictionary’s definition of rich and wealth, one could be unsure whether it is better to be rich or wealthy. The dictionary’s definition of the two words are somewhat similar and intertwined, which could cause confusion when it comes to comprehending the definition of the two words clearly. If you want to stay confused keep trying to understand the difference between the two words using the dictionary’s definition, but if you want to have a clear understanding of what it means to be rich and wealthy think outside the box and consider my own personal definitions.
