As most of you know, time flies whether you are having fun or not! It’s hard to believe that we are already putting action plans in place for 2010, which is certain to be one of the best, if not they best year in history for active home-based business entrepreneurs. It seems like yesterday, it was just January 2009!

It’s as if every time I blink another week has passed, and now an entire year has passed.

As you prepare for the New Year, in the midst of a tough economy, I hope you are able to focus on positive things rather than the negative things, and on what you have rather than what you do not have.

Keeping a positive mental attitude is essential to your success whether you are measuring success by your health and happiness or in dollars and cents.

The negative attitude will destroy your motivation, which will hurt your confidence, which then will cause you to lose focus and direction. You can have your hands on a great opportunity and have a well thought out plan, but if you lose focus and motivation, you will likely also lose the opportunity.

As you are setting your goals for 2010 keep your motivation in mind, and focus on how you plan to keep your momentum throughout the year. Motivation is extremely important and while most people are able to get motivated on occasion, they fail to maintain the hunger and motivation for a long enough period of time to see results. There is no doubt you will encounter periods of low energy, bad luck, and the occasional failure, but don’t let these minor speed bumps turn into major disasters. Be on guard against these motivation killers and you can keep your momentum and propel yourself to success.

When making your goals this week, and I hope you are doing just that, make sure you have a plan and make sure that plan includes deadlines”.

2010 looks to be a HUGE year for home-based business professionals!
SET YOUR GOALS ACCORDINGLY!

Enormous financial success in the network marketing industry comes from several variables, but the three most important must have’s are:

  • OPPORTUNITY
  • MOTIVATION
  • KNOWLEDGE

OPPORTUNITY: With all of the negative factors currently affecting our economy there will be millions upon millions of people flocking to the internet to find new ways of making money. The combination of our present job loss rate, unemployment rate, and bad economy has created an OPPORTUNITY that, in my opinion, we will never see again! Learn to be a leader and position yourself to lead these people to financial freedom and you’ll have people joining you in droves creating a once in a lifetime opportunity for yourself and your newly found business partners.

Anyone that does not capitalize on this is sure to regret it down the road!!!

As they say, Years from now you will be far more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the things you did do. I strongly urge you to get involved in network marketing in the New Year and take advantage of an enormous financial opportunity that can set you and your family up or life.

Picture how different your life would be right now with an additional monthly income of $10,000 to $50,000. Whatever your financial goals may be, whether it’s an extra $100,000 per year or a Million, set your goals accordingly while the opportunity is here.

DO NOT LET SOMEONE ELSE DETER YOU FROM PURSUING WEALTH!!!

Do you realize that only 2% of Americans earn $250,000 or more, which is a number that is VERY attainable in network marketing!!! Be a 2%’er, not a 98%’er!

The majority of people usually pick out the negatives instead of focusing on the opportunity. They never like to see anyone succeed since they’re not. DO NOT listen to the detractors, they are negative and bad for your wealth! When the public says, stay away, that’s typically the best time to jump in!! That is why Warren Buffet, one of the wealthiest men today says, where there is greed, be fearful, and where there is fear, be greedy! Take note, the wealthy are taking advantage of the market. Who do you want to follow, the Warren Buffets of the world or the person at work, or worse yet, a family member that tells you not to get started and not to pursue your dream? Be careful who you listen to, misery loves company!

MOTIVATION: As far as motivation goes, –again, think about how different your life would be if you made an additional $500,000 per year. I use $500,000 because some have simpler goals of making $100,000 per year and some have goals that are ten times that. It all depends on the person, but either one is very attainable with the opportunity in today’s economy if you get involved and take action now. Think about how life would be with that type of income and all the great things you would be able to do and people you would be able to help. Think about the things you are currently unhappy with in life and how a financial windfall and a schedule that is dictated by YOU would change things. That should be motivation enough! Once you have momentum and start seeing success, keeping the motivation is easy.

KNOWLEDGE: Very critical to your success in anything as you probably know. Without the knowledge, the opportunity will be lost, no matter how great it is. Without the knowledge, motivation will be impossible to maintain and your focus will be lost. Once focus is lost, your goals cannot be reached.
